The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is an accredited qualification for people working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprises and industries.

This course is for people who:

• assume responsibility for their own performance
• provide leadership, guidance and support to others
• have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team
• apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems
• analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources
